At Grand Rapids Eye Care, you will find an experienced and helpful team of eye care professionals dedicated to meeting your eye health needs. We invite you to refer your friends and family to our eye care office. Dr. Chad Kresnak, Dr. Mark Davis, Dr. Autumn R. Killop and the entire staff value our patient relationships and strive to improve your quality of life through vision wellness. Our practice offers excellent service and state-of-the-art technology.

Chad Kresnak, O.D.

Dr. Kresnak attended Hillsdale College for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in 2007. He is a member of the Michigan and American Optometric Associations. Dr Kresnak has a passion for contact lenses of all kinds, dry eye disease and pediatric exams. He also has experience with medical optometry, having previously worked in an ophthalmology setting. He is certified to use ocular pharmaceuticals to diagnose and treat eye disease. Dr. Kresnak enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children, particularly playing and coaching sports.

Mark Davis, O.D.

Dr. Davis attended Michigan State University and graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1981. He is a Member of the Michigan and American Optometric Associations and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Davis is Past-President of the Michigan Optometric Association. He is certified to use ocular pharmaceutical agents to diagnose and treat eye disease. He is a Rotarian (Past-President of local chapter) and Member of the Second Congregational Church. Dr. Davis volunteers at Catherines Health Center and lives in Ada with his wife Becci.

Autumn R. Killop, OD, MPH, FAAO

Dr. Killop graduated from Central Michigan University in 2017, after which she headed south to Memphis, TN to complete her graduate degrees. In 2021, she graduated from Southern College of Optometry and The University of Memphis with her Doctor of Optometry and Master of Public Health, respectively. She completed a residency in Primary Care, Ocular Disease, and Public Health in 2022 at Cherry Health – Heart of the City Health Center in Grand Rapids, MI. Her interprofessional career continued with experience in the ophthalmology/optometry setting. Dr. Killop is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the Grand Rapids Lions Club, Michigan Optometric Association, West Michigan Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. Her areas of interest include pediatrics, public health, and ocular disease (dry eye, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma, macular degeneration, etc).

Dr. Killop lives near the Medical Mile with her fiance. She has passions for music, movies, traveling, and trying new restaurants with her fiance. At this time, she has visited 44/50 of the United States.

Lillian Kalaczinski, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Kalaczinski attended Ferris State University and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1998. She completed a Primary Care Residency with emphasis on ocular disease at the Illinois College of Optometry in 2000. Dr. Kalaczinski is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. She a Past-President of the Michigan Optometric Association and a member of the American Optometric Association and the American Public Health Association. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Kalaczinski lives in Cascade with her husband and two teenage sons. She enjoys cheering on her sons in their many activities and traveling with her family.

Jacquelyn Cosgrove, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Cosgrove attended The University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree. She graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in 2017. She completed residency training in ocular disease at the Cleveland VA Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Cosgrove is a member of the Michigan and American Optometric Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. She has special interest in glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and myopia management.

In her free time, Dr. Cosgrove enjoys traveling, rock climbing, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and son.
